How do your shirts fit?

We have tried to assemble a collection of top quality t-shirts that have both a vintage feel and slim fitting appearence. Sizing information is available in the shop under Sizing. Please take in to consideration that both American Apparel and Alternative Apparel t-shirts may shrink some under normal washing conditions. It is encouraged that you visit both www.alternativeapparel.com and www.americanapparel.net for more information on the quality of their clothing. top__

What makes some shirts limited edition?

All of the t-shirts in the Premiere Edition will be produced in limited edition quantities of 250 or less. Each will be hand numbered on the neckline as part of the tagless label. Included with "The Premiere Edition" will be a hand numbered "movie ticket".Our t-shirts are our artwork and therefore we treat them as such. Besideds, there is no reason for you to be like everyone else. top___

Why SurfAid?

With our initial launch of "The Premiere Edition" we decided that producing our limited edition artwork to benefit SurfAid International would be a perfect fit and are therefore donating $1 for every shirt sold. SurfAid International has long set the example for what it means to provide aid to the world community and we would like to offer our support as they continue to develop and broaden their reach . top___

What goes into a design?

Of course we can not reveal our secrets but we can tell you that each design is hand produced in the artists medium of choice and then prepared for screen printing. Our screen printing is professionally done right here in the USA. We are there from start to finish so that each design turns out exactly as we had envisioned. Every once in awhile we may throw in a little something extra to make a shirt totally different. top___

What are my Payment options ?

Curently we offer several payment options. Upon checkout after you have entered your billing/shipping info and verified the order on our secure server you have the option to choose either PayPal or Print Order Form. If you choose PayPal your final transaction will be redirected to PayPal's secure server for processing. We use PayPal as our payment gateway, however there is no need for you to set up a PayPal account, simply pay using either a Credit or Debit Card. If you do have a PayPal account you are given the option to log in and complete the transaction using your normal PayPal account. When you have completed your transaction you will be redirected to our site, simple as that.

If you would like to pay by Cashiers Check or Money order then choose Print Order Form and directions will follow.

Now we take over and carefully pack your item for shipment so that you stay happy! top___

Domestic Shipping

All items will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Priority shipping the the contiguous 48 states will typically take 3-4 business days, with HI and AK taking 5-10. Express will be overnight to most areas. We ask that you allow up to 2 weeks for receipt of your package taking special consideration during the holidays. top___

International Orders

Currently we ship to GB and AU and will be adding more soon! All International orders will be shipped Airmail Parcel Post with a delivery estimate of 4-10 business days. Please note that your local government authority may charge a customs fee upon entry into your country. asone only charges the necessary shipping and handling to facilitate delivery, the customs fee is not included, this will be your responsibility and it is reccomended that you contact your local authority for any concerns on possible fees. International deliveries can take from 1 to 5 weeks.top___

Packaging

Each t-shirt will be packed in a unique white mailing tube just as you would receive any limited edition print. Attached to your shirt will be a asone movie ticket, hand numbered to be saved as a collectors item. Package will contain other goodies such as stickers and anything else we might find lying around. top___

My tracking number is not working!

The USPS tracking number is actually a delivery confirmation number which will be updated when the delivery has been made or attempted. top___

Washing Instructions

All of our t-shirts have been carefully relabeled both to adhere to the original care instructions and accomodate for the printing on the garment. If you are concerned about shrinkage it is reccomended that you machine was cold on a gentle cycle, tumble dry low or air dry. Certainly do not bleach, iron on decoration or dry clean. top___
